I sent a payment since friday afternoon and I didn't receive the routers.
I need a help to receive the routers today.
Did you contact Papio?

Best thing to do is send me a message, yes... but in that thread I linked above I have outlined how to check if your bitcoin transaction has been successfully completed it's confirmation stages. This some times alone can take a few hours or perhaps even up to 10 hours, depending on the a few things like congestion and the volatility state that the cryptocurrency be currently in.
Once that completes is when the service sees it for the first time. So that is a step you can do before anything else...I showed how to check on your bitcoin status in that posted thread and is fairly easily done.
And anyone can always message me if you are not sure and I am always ready to assist with that.
If the bitcoin has been completed and it's been more then 24 hours , then contact me and I can do a search for the code.
Then we can go from there..... by sending an email to the papiao service if needed, as outlined in that thread.
