Not when it requires re-loggin after it's removed.
Can I ask what info you get from the tracking cookie?

Cookies were designed to be a reliable mechanism for websites to remember information or to record the users browsing history. ... Cookies do not directly display passwords, instead they contain a hash that stores your password.
Not all Web browser "cookies" are bad. They're what let you continue to access a website without re-entering your password on every page. Without cookies, it would be necessary to enter your ID and password again.
Tracking Cookies and 3rd Party Tracking Cookies take the regular cookie process one step further and sends a log of your online activities, usually tied to your Internet Protocol (IP) address, to a remote database for analysis.
Deleting ALL Cookies will remove the Good Cookies as well.
You can set your Cookie preference in your Browser settings.

I don't delete the good cookies on sites I regularly use, including this site, but I do delete tracking cookies on all sites. Most of the other sites I go to and am required to login, dont keep my login info on the tracking cookies, so I need not login again.
Why does this site?
I use the Mac Cookie program for cookie control.

Deleting cookies involves logging out of almost all accounts. Because the logins are stored in the cookies.

True, but they don't all use tracking cookies with log in.
