my 254 is stuck

my 254 is stuck in multicast load are they any thing i can do to fix it thank

pull the power supply for a couple of minutes then plug the power supply bag in
I do find the s/w on the mag 254 a little buggy at times

When you power the box up hold the button that has three dots and three lines. A list will come up, click on factory reset.
