Big problem here

A few weeks back I was watching Thursday night football, when my screen went black.
Trying many options, I finally accepted my Formuler Z8 box may be at fault.
Problem is: Every time I try to connect to this site, I'm given the message that I'm blocked with some Code 7.
I checked into my remaining time and I have more than 3 months on my sub. Almost one month with this.
I got myself a new Formuler z8, thinking NOW I can finally get TV back again.
Yet,,, I still get blocked from your site.
I'm using the p5 portal, yet on your set-up site I see they refer to the p6 portal.
Is there some reason I'm blocked from entering your site? I've been a user for over one and a half years.
I don't want to give this up unless there is no alternative.

You deserve a response.
Look at your setup, where your remaining time is shown.
Take from there the portal they use, and apply it to your box, changing the end into the .tv ending.
Not only do I now receive "EVERY" channel, but no loops or other interference items.
If this isn't important to you now, it may be in the future.
