Script failed message

I live in the great north. I have a Starstream X4 Ott 4K Box Most XBMC movies etc work great, but everytime I try a live stream eg: tnt or Canadian content, I get a script fail message. I am a newbe and got this box for Christmas. Any ideas would be great! :confused:

you really can only get the Canadian content by signing in to your sub provider account to get streaming
Cananda on demand is mainly just recorded shows nothing live for quiet sometime
Its them Canadian CRTC rules man yah just got to love them

I'm in Canada and had the same problem with US programming ......installed Virtual Private Network with a server based in Washington State.......solved the issue with PC, Android, Router. It all comes down to downloading the appropriate software and configuring it to whichever device you want. I use it for PC and Andoid only as it would create problems if I had the router connecting to it due to other users. Note : Private servers do slow your connection down but it worked just fine with Netflix with a 6mb/s IP service. I won't post which service I'm using but HMA should be enough to provide a clue.
