new user cant download tv online avov vixo1

Hi all, I cant seem to get tv online to download I get to the download option but it wont allow me to click on download now, can anybody help?

are you in the Vixo1's Channel Store ?
In that Channel Store and once you have clicked on the TVOnline APP, you should see an Install icon and not a 'Download Now' Icon.

I need some help please......I can't access the channel store when I press ok on the channel store it takes me back to my channels. It's is a new box and I cant update or access anything. Thanks.

I have the same issue, so i tried going to the website but not giving me access to download.. any solutions?

Does the box come with the latest firmware? Check on settings.

I think it has the latest updates, cause i go to system update and it says my version is the latest all i see is model# AVOV_VIOX1 and build number 1.0.9.. so dont know if that make any sence to you.. it looks like without this access i cant do nothing with this box..

go to the link below and open a support ticket. Explain how things are as best you can and they will see it and respond soon.
Tell them the build version as well.

yes thats a great box to have now the fun start on what to watch if you do get freezing most of time its server and not box we are still in test mode

I see they are the same Vixo1 factory files as they gave us in April.
w/build_1.0.09 and build_1.0.10 versions
So which means the Vixo1 model issues still can be corrected with original file from April or June (same files just differently dated).

*With the TVOnline model, there was also an update for build_1.0.07 and build_1.0.08 versions and was released back in April, same time as the Vixo1 file was.
*Also a June release which seems to work on both TVOnline build versions, but haven't tested it.

yea i just told him to try it and hes running sounded like what i had that's why i said try it all good now
