Glitch with no sound

Buzz 4000

The glitch will happen small one then no sound on default player
Secondary player with glitch and lock up the picture
On all boxes using buzz

Going up a channel and back resets it but a pain Day 4 now

This new, ran fine for awhile until now am not the only one

I noticed the boxes I have set up the sounds select formats are all off !!

I think they f is the glitch because so far is working fine on buzzt 400 and 450 I hope this lasts
