stbemu and iptv provider

Hi guys i recently had an issue with my VOD going Down then the next day my stbemu shows its now blocked . i contacted the guy that provides me with these and he says they are down and nothing he can do about it..

I have an Android Box MEECOOL M8Spro W ...

Can any suggest a reliable iptv provider that i could use and do i have to install a seperate stb emu to run this . this is the first time i will be setting this up by myself . the guy i got from supplied me with the android box already set up and runnning ,,
