BuzzTV XRS 4500-Red Flashing Light

I just plugged in a brand new device (xrs4500) and all I am getting is a flashing red light.
Anyone knows what this mean or how to get this box to boot up?

unplug power, unplug HDMI, unplug Ethernet (if connected).
Plug power back in.
If the light changes, then plug in HDMI and Ethernet
