Renew donations not working

I recently renewed my donation. One of my donations is not working, I get an error stating that i need to renew when trying to watch tv, I already renewed. When I go to https://iptvrocket.ru/rocket-status.php and try to pull up both of my donations they are not found, so iam am unable to reset my donations. Can somebody conacts me from support look into this for me please. I have renewed two donations on Aug 8 for 1year.

Also i tried to send a email from the conact page but the captch is not working. Also tried to send an email to [email protected] ([email protected]) but seems youe email is not accepting emails getting this error: "The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect."

I had the same problem. Had to to buy another new donation which worked. Have one useless donation. Tried everything with help from this site, but nothing helped. dona does show up on roc.
