We get an announcement over a week ago now, but no real detail, no status updates, and problems are still here. There must be a better way to communicate to customers the status of these types of issues. Some channels don't play at all (vice) and others just loop and disconnect. Has the problem been found? Is it being worked on? Any sort of status change to the announcement made on the 27th? Is there an ETA? Sorry, its just frustrating...

I have to wonder if the global events have anything to do with any of this.

Pick a Country, any Country, there are problems from nature disasters to economic disasters.
I can't help but to think this has an effect.

I know there's an announcement about US channels being sucky (yah, going on 3 weeks now).

Comedy central is up, but it loops.
Golf channel has no audio
sky golf (not a us channel) is choppy
vice is still down.

Have had it on comedy central for 5 minutes ,not a loop viceland is up

Yep comedy started looping
