I did noticed secondary the live channels change faster and Ppv run on the secondary player

I emailed buzzrv with below concern.

When i choose " SECONDARY" player, i can not enable close caption..it would not even show me the option to enable the CC.
But when i choose default as a video player i can enable the CC but with default player..the channel changes is very slow.

Heres their reply...

This is the reason why we offer 2 players.

The server you're using, must be using Closed Captioning that the Secondary Player cannot support.
​
We will see if the Secondary Player can be updated to support more CC and include it in our next update.
