Lots of freezing on S1 and S2

Like the title says, lately A LOT of freezing on all channels. I don't worry often but man it's been getting worse and worse. My connection is perfectly fine but the streaming is getting to a point that it's not watchable anymore. Anyone else having issues?

Do a IPTV reset see if that helps

Why list are not playing on iptv smarters or kokaleka. .I have to restart the firestick all the time

Freezing problems... today Saturday....but i dont know why nobody say there is server issues...and not internet...all my customers diferents ISPs and diferents boxes same problem ....Next time say Someone something about it...today Saturday freezing problems most of channels go and come back....sure they are doing something...gn

I even try with vpn and without still it dont play and come up sorry this v can not played please try another video . What is going on do we need to do something special or what I got customer calling like crazy . Hope we are changing for faster better servers or Back end ministra capabilities for new players and boxes. But if the server have build in vpn we did not need to be buying vpn services that dont work either.

I did try VPN still not working...how about perfect player without vpn will it work

you should be able to use perfect player.

I like kokaleka for some reason it was not working . Keep testing real player work but some come out with sound and blank

I dont know why when they are working in the server they never let customer knows so like that Many ppls will knows whats going on and safe some time doing iptv reset or thinking its something else...from long time they not using the anouncements section anymore...but today was server issues but they said working perfect....ok

no one told you that it was working perfect today.
In fact it is not, some channels are freezing up today and tonight.

This is not work underway at the server and therefore is why there is no announcement about it.
It is just one of them internet things :eek:

O notice that I had kokaleka Is find look like people are sniffing and taking the m3u copy . I had to regenerate the route and it plays well but I had to make sure to lock internet and country lock testing to see if I still get the same issues of losing them all and not getting that error . I was creating favor list when I close and open the app. All was gone list not opening any ch. But againg iam testing with internet lock and country lock .

Funny thing was that perfect player was playing them when I set up I that app but not mo ies where opening . Wear thing it play the m3u url on it only cha...not mo ies. So my testing solution. Wa to regenerate route and input it on the app kokaleka and it work ...just have to turn the firestick few times to see if I can open all ch againg .iam scare to loose them againg .

instead of closing the app, trying using the log off option... Then re-open / log back on ... and check results

Just wanted to share an update on this, freezing stopped. The new kick in the nutts.....wait for it.....now you watch for about a minute, there's a minor glitch and voila, no audio. Change the channel up / back down and watch for another minute. Ain't it great! Everyday we learn something new. Appreciate any assistance that would solve this minor bug. Thanks

Hey Crazed it actually is better now. No more freezing, no audio issues. Seems like the stream is strong again.
