Infomair Mag Boxes

I got a couple of friends who have Mag Boxes and since of late all of them boxes cannot load all the way out it load up to around 95%and just stuck and do not load any further is anyone else having this issue and find a solution or work around to this?

could be just needs a reboot or cache cleared or something simple like that, but it also could be something else, like portal blocking :eek:
