Xr 4000 Hard reset with Tooth pick

So I had a xr 4000 today jammed up solid!!!
Tried everything no luck
So the AV plug on the back of the box
There’s a reset switch inside !!

Insert a tooth pick hold the switch down plug the power and hold until the factory reset page loads

think there are many about the toothpick thing and most boxes you can do that too i said most see
