Just recently seeing freezing on many channels (Nat Geo, Nat Geo Wild, A&E, Eleven Sports, NBC NY, and more). Remains after IPTV Reset.

Same issue here. It starts in the afternoon and last for hours.

Two reasons:
1. I'm only offered to switch to portal 6, which I've tried before, and found to be worse than portal 3 which I am on
2. Since it was working fine earlier, I have found the best policy is not to panic. Just report it and they will fix it eventually.

yup i did same and switch and wish i didnt but live and learn just wait it out
