I Have Tried everything to connect

I have been trying to connect the NFPS server to watch tv. I have reset IPV numerous times through Papiao no luck.

I am on P6.iptvprivaterserver.ru, and it keeps saying unable to connect. I have recreated my portal settings (no luck).

I have disconnected from the Internet for over ten minutes, no luck.

I have tried everything I read in the forums, nothing is working.

I have a Dreamlink T2, with 50+ MB download.

Any other suggestions would be helpful.
