ensure the server settings are correct and matches with your info at the website.
Reboot the buzz box and try entering LiveTV again

this update was an update to fix an issue when one of the other servers did a change to their ministra platform and it needed to update

I received the update to fix issue mentioned in previous post and everything is back to normal. Buzz support stands above the rest

Maybe the app update was for those that experienced connectivity issues on a different iptv service. Maybe that's why all units didn't get it because they were unaffected by the issue. Makes sense.....

It was not intended to fix PPV channels.
Maestro701 is probably on the right track.
NBS reported at post #16 , from above.

The fix for them channels is dependent on a few thing going on behind the scenes, which I just heard (from papiao) that things are soon to be going forward.
This is what the Buzz team is waiting for and needs to happen before they can do their magic

i had a friend who had the same problem as me i got update not him because he had the power on standby,that why the box say no update so i tell him put it on power off so it will reboot and he get the update come up (remember we had the same problem)

I have an xrs400 and no update yet. I still have the audio dropping out problem and is starting to get real annoying as it can happen several time a minute at times. It was not doing this a few weks ago so I don't what changed.

If you take a look in the buzz section and see the number and frequency of updates, that will certainly give you an idea........ You won't be disappointed

Hit the menu button and click on check updates, if there is none available it means you have the latest.

Last weeks update was for an issue with another server
I wont guess on the next update but I would not expect it for a couple of weeks

The beta file that NBS was referring to was released that next day.
The beta release addressed alot of things, some new additions and some fixes were being addressed.
Another beta release is in the works and should be fairly soon.
