retreiving a previous file update

Is there anyway that someone has the last update just before the latest update they can send to me to roll back to that file

not sure if i uninstall update that it rolls back to the beginning don't want to go back that far just to the previous one to this one

latest one seems to be causing me some issues and would like to roll back and see

so if i uninstall update , could you tell me what does that do ?, does it go right back to beginning before any updates

think its locked only way is send it back to them to refash it which i dont think they would do that
