Go back to website and log onto your code. Check that the MAC is there and correct and check that the server URL matches what it shows on your receiver's server setup.
Shut T2 box of with rear switch.
Then perform a reset, which is found there at the service website under your code login as well.
Then check channels for results.
If no go, then go back and perform another reset, and recheck again (you can leave the T2 ON this time).

If still no go, then look at your connection... Are you hard wired or WiFi?
Ensure WiFi is turned off if using hardwire.

You could also try the full server URL as another possible fix. That full URL is found at server website as well.

Or how about simply rebooting the T2 ?

The adult channels will not show in the regular channel line-up until you open the Adult category.

When viewing LiveTV, press the menu button to bring up a side-bar menu, which will show categories.
Scroll down to view all categories (if needed)

Is there a group button on the T2 remote? No longer have a T2 here, but hitting the group button on the T3 remote lets you choose adults, never even noticed they weren't in the list lOl

yes there is a Group button on the RCU, there are quite a few remotes that Dreamlink sends out thou, hard to say which is which anymore.
But I looked on one of the older ones I have here and yes a Group button is there.

I also made a mistake in my previous post.
Instead of using the menu button when viewing a LiveTV channel, instead just scroll left and that brings up the side-bar Channel List, but then scroll left one more time and then that brings up the category groups

I did everything that you guy said. Also i attached mi MAC address and still say while is trying to connect,,error your account is block or expired, contact your provider code 7,?please anyone

Is this with the same Dreamlink T2 box as before ?

I ask because you had originally posted this in the T3 forum area but I moved your post here and added to your older thread just now.
