Guys I Need Some Assistance Please. I Switched To The New URL Now I Can't Connect At All. Even Switching Back To The Old URL Doesn't Help. I Tried IPTV Reset And Still Nothing. All I Get Is Error Code 7-400. Is My Account BLOCKED ????

My thought would be their system is set to pick up any one testing out side their registered country. So you have to contact them and explain what happened. Just sayin

try setting your code to 'All Countries' (perform a Reset at the website as well).
If that does not work then try setting up a public DNS thru your router's administration panel

Yes you can, but I don't think that would help.

Check for any errors in the entries.
Check that the server URL does in fact match with what is entered on receiver and what shows at the website.

Are you connecting with the credentials box checked in the server setup or is it left uncheck?

Did you get that DNS successfully working?

Error code 400 -> Syntax used in the request (URL) is incorrect.

Try the full url (change hxxp to http);

hxxp://p1.iptvrocket.ru/c/index.html
Try also without /index.html

*Try the url in a browser to confirm you at least reach the Server.
>Your STB is not Supported - You are NOT blocked.
>Error 400, 404 etc. - URL address has been blocked.
