Hi Im having the same message "STB blocked call the provider". I already try this:

1. Renew my donation
2. IPTV reset
3. unplug and plug back the box
4. Reboot modem
5. Flash the NoBlock firmware

Still having the STB blocked call the provider.
Any help? Thank you!

I would turn off my box and remove the Mac address from provider site for atleast 24 Hrs. after 24 hours, reboot modem and router first, then attach Mac address and perform a reset. turn on box and see the result. :)

also check that the server portal shown at the website matches what you have entered thru your STB's setup menu.
That may have changed when you renewed, as it does sometimes.

Hi I try both thing and still having the STB is Blocked message call your provider. I even try to generate a new donation but it doesn't work. I ran out of ideas HELPPPP!!!!

You can also try changing to a different portal at the website, (depending on which service you use) and change that in the box and try it again.

Make sure your MAC Address matches exactly from your box to website. I'm not sure if your box allows you to create your own MAC Address. You may want to try that.

There is no way to change the portal address for the Rocket provider but I also try the full address with no luck. I rechecked the MAC address and its exactly the same of the box. Im pretty sure the problem is with the donations but they don't answer the support e-mail. I will try to post this at the provider forum. If someone has any new light, its welcome. Thanks

I think it's the code, I have an equal one, I've tried it with three mags, and they all get blocked, but I have a dream link t1 and it works with the same code without any problem

i don't have one of these box's but if it was me this is what i would try.
#1 go to the rocket site and put your MAC to 00:00:00:00:00:00 hit apply then do a iptv reset.
#2 on your box do a default reset to clear any info you tried already.
#3 put your ulr hxxp://p1.iptvrocket.tv (change the xx to tt
#4 enter your donation # it will look like this A00000Y0000P (the letters will be upper case.and you will enter it the same for
username and pass word.
DO NOT TRY TO CONNECT
#5 write down your mac from your box it should start like this 00:1A:79:00:00:00 once you write them down
then go back to the rocket website and enter them hit apply then iptv reset.
#6 then go back to your box and try to connect.

I follow the steps in 3 different browsers and after opening the link in a new tab all I get is a blank screen nothing to download the M3U. I even disable all security protocols in the browser no luck. I'm still thinking the problem are at the Rocket server end. Now they delete my post from the Rocket forum and no answer from them by email :mad:

Up until the renewal, you had no problems connecting? And this is a renewal? and not a new rocket purchase?

What ever forum you speak of is not the authorized forum.
You are currently on the Rocket support forum here at iptvtalk.
We would not delete your posts bud, not without just cause.

Seems you may not have a code from the source but may have from second or third party ?

i don't know for a 100% sure but if you just renew your donation does it just not change your expire date and you don't need to enter all the info again....i don't know just asking.

I paid with bitcoins from iptvrocket.is. When I renew it that I check the days it was reset to 365 then I turn on the box to get the message STB IS BLOCKED when I checked the donations there were no Mac Address so I put it again then iptv reset and nothing same message. Then I been trying all the methods suggested with no luck.

I have try more things. When I renew this donations there were two sets of donations. I go to a friends house with another box same model and another service provider I enter his box MAC address then iptv reset and gave me the same message STB Blocked call your provider.

I am having the same issue. I activated 1 new rocket code last week and 1 renew rocket code 24 hours ago. Both of the codes say your STB is blocked. I had tried on 2 mag boxes (254 and 322) and 1 android box running with stb emu. They all having the same result that say Your STB is blocked and no matter how many times i reset the code.

Hello Guys

I have a Mag 254 but don't always use it but now i think i may have been blocked as i cannot view any channels and when i go to VOD it's say "Server unavailable", i have tried everything to get it to work the portal loads OK and i have the channels but just can't view them, have reset the hub and modem switched on and off many times tried both Ethernet and Wifi but it's no good anyone any idea's how i can get round this problem please and what's the best option is, even changed portal number but still no good have spent many hours on this.

I had a similar problem the other day and solved it by making a change from US to All country, but not from Papiao donation site. I did the change from donation checker. It also worked for the STB blocked situation. Hope this helps someone.
