Movies are not playing or they are freezing a lot

Movie section MOD are freezing a lot on the Mag boxes (254, 256, & 322-W1) and they are not loading when using the Amazon fire-stick. Its been happening for a few days now.

That is correct!, it is not the connection that is freezing the VOD section, its hap penning to multiple boxes, Firestick, MAG boxes. Its been freezing for over a week now. Please provide ETA when its going to be up without freezing.

no, is not the player. I tried several apps and several boxes as irving10807 said and is not only me, a lot of people are complaining.

If you have an android box look up Morpheus TV or Cinema Free. I used both apps from my T3 Dreamlink Market and are amazing for movies VOD. If not, use TV CAST and cast to your TV. Its the best alternative!!!
