EPG Problem

So after the new update my T3 took a couple days ago my EPG dont work when you use the single epg mode or when watching a channel and you press info button nothing shows also..EPG only works when you use the EPG button which shows it in the big format across the whole tv screen...I just think its easier to use single EPG mode ...please notify mods about this issue if others are having this issue.. Thanks
