I just got a XRS 4000 new donation synced w/ mac address, when I press live tv i get nothing. Please help

press the blue Home button

Is it connected correct ?
On main Home screen, look under Settings > Network & Internet

Why such a quick decision to blame the box...........Are you sure you have everything correctly setup ....

yes I double checked everything got nothing no sound no tv guide no live tv

Don t forget the id is your mac address you have to change it, and do a reset
