One Should have the Option of turning a VPN On and Off before connecting to the Service that One uses or wants...

Here is a free VPN works well with all Android boxes I have tried ....download the APK ..choose slow download (capcha) ...once installed set it up using a mouse...once it is setup (choose country) I'm on the west coast so I choose East United States...it will stay that way......
VPN-Express

I found this one
Delta VPN free with a fast download speed
And you can select the apps you like the VPN to be used in only.. no need to turn off and on. Because our server it’s a no no for VPNs
