The website here is not owned by the USA or by any world government.
It is owned by tinieblax.
Our job as staff representatives is to keep the site clean, organized and hopefully help people along the way.
If threads are seen to be redundant or could lead to some things said that maybe should not be said, or lead to members abusing other members, or a multiple of other things, then I have full right and authority and the ability to closed, lock or delete the thread.
