Can't figure out how to get out of Live-Tv ........if I hit the home button ...and go back to the home screen...live-tv is still playing

ok so I have to hit some other function ..like an App to get rid of live tv on the home screen

While in live tv, press the menu button and scroll down to exit.

Unless you have limited Internet, is there a reason why you would want to turn it off. Its usually better to leave it on so you have quick access to Live tv.

If i'm using a movie app or kodi ..I don't want livetv running in the backround

did you notice when you exit out of the app or kodi live tv is not running?

yes when I go down the left menu list in live-tv and click exit ...live tv does stop...but if I just click the home button on remote live-tv is still on with a small screen on the home page of the box....if I go ahead and click on any app at the home page...the live-tv--does turn off...........just wanted an easier way of exiting live-tv .......menu''then down to EXIT.....wish there was a remote control button that would exit (turning off live-tv) and return to home screen

as soon as you go to an app or kodi live tv is off
It is not streaming in background
Personally i like it because i can go into settings and still have the audio

Maybe they will introduce an option for people who find that annoying.

I haven't ever exited through the menu and just click home.

I'm not sure if it does keep playing in the background (use bandwidth) when you load up an app like Kodi or CyberFlix. I don't hear or see it so it doesn't bother me lol and haven't seen a bandwidth issue.
