Remote lock up with arrow keys

Anybody notice when in guide if your pressing the up arrow fast then press the down arrow nothing happens it locks up for a bit..

this xr4000 did seem to have a sluggish action with remote.
Batteries changed, did not help.
My other buzz remotes were tried with the xr4000 and the action still seemed sluggish too.
But after a few functions were performed the sluggishness always seem to go away and it works fine from then on... I experience some of this for a short period when I start up the box after its been disconnected awhile. Seems to be a random thing too, and not always experienced.
I reported that earlier... but also reported that the problem seemed to have went away, but I still experience it randomly :(
It's not the update as I had experienced this some time ago.

Its like starting up a high performance motor-cycle.
Even in the heat of the summer, that bike still needs a short warm up period ... lol :)

It’s random.. good for hours then back !!
It’s not the remote I try a few and have others with the save problem after this update..
