I don't understand , is the instructions hard to understand ?

Proper reporting , for the correct service helps the techs fix the problem , so that you the user/member have a better service .

Please tell me how i failed , what do i need to do to make a better reporting guide so that you the user/member have a better running service . Better video ? My instructions are hard to understand ? Please tell me , thanks ;D
