I don't see Mac attached? try to add Mac first then see if you see that reset option.

I just tried and it did show me a reset button with and without Mac. I would say try different browser and see if that makes different.

You just a IPTV reset done? What exactly is the problem with the donation? If you need a reset done, you can send your info to crazed, but maybe some more info might help to?

You can get into the donation checker, so just generate a new donation number. Pretty much the same as iptv reset

I am having the same problem says my donation is inactive and there is no reset button still have 167 days on my donation and I know I did not purchase from a reseller as a matter of fact crazed setup my renewal as I was having trouble with the new payment system.
