I am a reseller. yesterday I activated a donation inserting the mac address that is on the box. activation went thru however the box did not connect. I went into the rocket server and noticed that the mac address had been altered and was different from the id: field which has always been the same as the mac field. the id field shows 00 1a 79 xx xx xx the mac field now shows 00 1e b8 xx xx xx which is not a valid mac. I have 5 active boxes both dreamlink and formuler z7 & z8 all show the change
when I went back to my iptv resellers panel to change the mac to 00 1e b8 , I got an error code. I think the system has been compromised. has any one else had this experience? can an administrator direct me in the right direction. is there an update coming?
