Channels freezing

Hi. For the pastel de days, many channels are freezing when viewing. Is there an issue?

try to reboot your devices. use hardwire if you u r using wifi bcz could be your internet related.:)

It would help if you posted the make, model of your box and the Player / service you're using. No need to include any personal info . Meanwhile be aware that there have been some changes and there is a notice posted with regards to freezing issues.
