Some channels repeat over and over

For weeks now some channels repeat and repeat:mad: and freeze over and over. "I know it WAS POSTED" they are fixing problems. (So don't post the problem being fixed, I seen it) Hopefully soon. I'm Just wondering if others having the same problems:confused: or is it just me. Also at 9:10 p.m. Eastern time it will shut down.:p 1 min. later back up. Maybe my internet.:confused: Just checking if others are having the same problems I'm having. Thanks ... andkaal:rolleyes:

I noticed the ~ 9:00pm kick out, and depending on what program you use, the "repeat" may be a channel kick out, back to the guide, instead.
