Did two full resets modem, router, and boxes. No help.

2 boxes Mag and mini pc with kodi.

VOD is up, most international is up, just no US channels. Get working icon for about 90 sec, and then stops.

My ISP is not the problem or nothing would work, and my customers with different ISP's wouldn't be emailing me as well. It is a problem with just the US and UK channels. All other international, PPV, and VOD work fine.

I did change my VPN settings and it did not help.

Must be more of a location issue if everyone is not having the same issue. Repeater down, etc.

Everything was running well last night. This started at about 4am pacific according to my customers.

Just trying to bring it to the attention of the backend guys.

1074 - Wrong stream (swap channel streams with Channel 1035)
1076 - Wrong channel name & Logo (Change name to PTC PUNJABI)
1077 - Wrong channel name & Logo (Change name to PTC CHAKDE)

1079 - Down (has never worked for months)

1082 - Down (But duplicate exists above: 1035)

1195 - Name= PTV Global but Channel stream playing is: B4U+ (Please bring back PTV Global = lots of demand, and keep B4U+ also but move it above)

Lastly:
Swap channels: 1018 & 1030 with 1198 & 1199, this way all the Indian Channels will be together and all the Pakistani channels will be together.
Move channels 1561-1569 (Pakistan 1-9) & merge them with Pakistani channels above...add them to Channel Numbers 1212-1220.

I found that iptv stalker worked for nfps, nfps stopped working in the simple iptv guide ( would not load the channel selected ) I went to the stalker client and the portal 1 nfps mac setting was changed from the one I setup. no idea how it happened but I adjusted the mac and its working again

I´m on the same way. However I noted that maybe they are increasing security because if I´m using kodi with stalker and suddenly crash and I try to run again kodi it can´t connect like you mention like if the server blocks you temporary. I went to do things back for around 30 minutes, run kodi after that 30 minutes and all was running again. I guess they are putting some kind of protection because never happened that before. My kodi crashed 3 times and on the 3 times the same I needed to wait time to enter again because the channels not load when happens that problem.

What is a disaster is the buffering and freezing issues. Almost a month ago when I made my donation all was working perfect now the buffering and freezing issues every time are more frequent. Is a random issue but it happens more frequent. Before the hours passed and one buffering occasionally very acceptable was now 5, 10 or 20 minutes and buffering problems come out. Some channels do worst than others but when buffering problems begin are very hard for your eyes and mind to stay looking pauses, bufferings freezes. When work again you have no more than 20 minutes stable and again and I used opendns, my real ISP DNS anything and nothing also I installed the fix of the forum for buffering issues that worked for 15 days and now is not working neither. My girlfriend liked the way how was but now if she looks something she says that the pauses (because she don´t know what is buffering) makes you loss the interest on the program you are looking at that moment :(

I have 50 mbps Genesis, popcorn time or any other works without any problem.

Is incredible I tested a public free add-on of kodi that has a list that use stalker like a bridge and also comes with playlist loader kind lists embedded. And no buffering issues at all or any problem in any of the channels that are working. Of course that list comes with few channels but they are working without buffering or freezes that completes my suspicious that is a problem of the rocket TV not my side.

Another thing I saw is that in my router for a moment to check if I could have more performance and I modified my ISP DNS settings to Google Primary DNS 8.8.8.8 and Secondary DNS 8.8.4.4 and immediately IPTV Rocket blocked me. I needed to return to my main DNS ISP and wait the time I mentioned before of around 30 minutes to be able to load the channels again with rocket IPTV.

if you cant get the seller to help then you cn try doing the above steps yourselfs going into donation checker and change mac and then go back in and change port. (had limited succuess with this but when doen from actual seller panel it works)

insert the mac into the kodi addon stalker and it will work ive helped atleast 50 people today and its worked for all of them.

There are of course changes being made at the moment to help combat the leechers freeloaders i have stronger words for them but i wont post that :)

Yeah I tried changing my mac address and my prosat hd android came back up and running.changed the79 to a78 and rebooted my prosat and all is running great. You will have to make3 changes if you got a prosat hd android.change in stalker settings,stalker pvr and check your donation status and change it there.Reboot and channels load then guide and your all set to go.Hope this helps.I didn't do any changes to the portal just changed the mac

Just like most of us can only think the server is down. I'm using IKS66 with IPTVStalker and PVR IPTV Simple Client in latest KODI and yes I'm down even after clearing cache clear data and changing the last 6 numbers of the Mac Address. But funny how this works I have a friend using a MAG254 box with Rocket and is up and running without any problems. Guess I'm going to have to invest in a MAG254.

It started out with a lot of freezin so I rebooted my MAG254. No channel numbers or anything now. Hopefully things are fixed sooner than later.

Edit: Go figure! I post after it being down for 10 minutes and now it's all pretty much back. :P Thank you to those who maintain the service!

It could be you local ISP. If you are on a cable internet system, you are sharing a common line back to the provider, so in high demand times, people tend to get less bandwidth.

Anyone else getting no access to the golf channel? Hasn't worked for the last week or so, Just spins round with the Kodi "Working" but returns to the EPG (cheers Ninja btw) after about 20 seconds.

Kodi 15.2 on Ubuntu 14.04 using the stalker client 0.8.3 with a paid rocket.

I just went through, Astro supersport, espn deportes, planeta futbol, fox deportes, and so on.... All of these channels are freezing and pretty much unwatchable.

The service has not gotten any better but significantly worse lol. Dam I surely threw away my money on this.

The channel is labeled NBA TV but it's actually another channel, I think it's called CBS Sports Network... I guess that means we don't have NBA TV? Or is there another channel with the wrong label that is the actual NBA TV?

EDIT: yeah it's CBS Sports Network, which is Channel 158, meaning we have two CBS Sports Network channels, but no NBA TV.

987 on channel manager also, I was just going by the channels that I have showing which was 307 on my list, which went up to 427 after outage, but it seems it's just channels were moved/changed numbers. I'll delete my post so as not to confuse others!

Thanks Captainkangaroo. I believe I read this one when it was posted. Would it be possible to create a line of communication with all clients via email updating on service status, problem channels, improvements and future plans? That would excellent. Even if it is once every two weeks
