I noticed that some IPTV services have a lot more local channels on their plan? Is it possible to add more local channels to our service? Especially for the larger tv markets like Washington, DC, Atlanta, Seattle etc.

The Channel has been renamed from "Encore Westerns" to "Starz Encore Westerns".
This will cause a mismatch to the EPG if you are using a Local m3u Playlist.
If using a local m3u file, use a text editor and search and replace the 2 terms above, then save.

If you are using IPTVXtra2 with Kodi, update your m3u playlist.
(*from IPTVXtra2 main menu - click "PVR Setup & System Tools" then "Create Custom m3u Playlist")
*wait and confirm loading of PVR, then restart Kodi.

There was a post referring to maintenance which could relate to all of these issues. Usually its a matter of a few hours or a couple of days but depending on what the maintenance refers to, it could take a lot longer especially if it relates to the network. As you probably know, the internet, networking and all the related hardware can be extremely complex and when they make a change, it can often make changes to something else and it isn't always for the better. This is just another part of "testing" where patience and appreciation is rewarded by better service, better video and audio as a benefit to all members.

Ch 264 Discovery Turbo seems to work reasonably well in the early to mid/late morning hours, but almost like clockwork, around 2-2:30pm EST it starts looping the same content every 10 seconds, sometimes for 45 minutes or more, then shifts to going in and out, and then goes out completely, for moderate and extended periods of time, anywhere from 45 mins to 3 hours at a time it goes out, for the remainder of the day/early evening.

Strange issue.. A few weeks ago, when lots of channels where down, the WGN guide stopped showing data. Last week WGN came back up but there's no channel data on the WGN guide on my STB Kodi 18.3. Now here's the strange part, I do get WGN channel data on my latop Kodi 17 but not my STB on Kodi 18.3, both PVR"s are setup exactly the same and the guide is Ken's on both.

Rocket Channels USA bad freezing and down all night. The ones that are up are only up for a few seconds, repeat, then freeze for sometimes 5 minutes or more. Terrible. Not watchable. Movie channels all terrible. UK channels gone. Only like RT and a few like that are normal, 100% solid with no issues.

Working channels besides freezing frequently restart and rebuffer the channel.

Don't tell me my equipment. Reset, rebooted, made sure SW up to date, rebooted the router. No change. I have 100+ Megabit service so not that. RT Channel is 100% solid. So it is the other channels.

Many channels now down for several hours. I sure hope they are working on it.

It would be better if they put all the foreign channels in their own category as in Spanish with Latino instead of mixing some of them in with the American or English channels. They did well in separating the Chinese channels and the Japanese and other Asian groups but for some reason there is a mix of Spanish or Latino channels in the 300 and up areas.

It might be time to initiate a Channels Up & Down in order to report channels and make it aware to members and those who are able to respond to these issues. I am amazed how fast ALL of the RT channels come up without any issues of freezing. Meanwile, I'd like to report channel 209 is DOWN. Hopefully things will get better although it would be a good idea to have all channels respond the way the RT channels do with out any issues.

I am catching hell now from the family as I approach another renewal event. This sucks. 'All' was an overstatement. Starz Encore Westerns, Starz Encore Suspense, and Discovery USA where the 3 I tried.
