For over two years there are no Sky Sports 1 to 5, now it's Sky Sports Main Event, Football, Premier League, Golf, Cricket and etc.

Even having old names there, only two of the Sky Sports channels are working. Will this ever be fixed?

Just to add to dishuser's comment, the 1080 HD's in the 9000's, are removed (except for 9105 - 9109 ???).
They are moved back to their original location, changed to 720 HD resolution, to replace the SD's.

*So those SD's are gone!

*BTW, this stuff messes with m3u templates, as well as some EPG guide issues.

Channel 119 H2 audio is seriously screwed up. Sometimes no audio at all. Other times, it sounds like Polish or something like that. Maybe Russian, but definitely NOT English. Very tough to watch an advert for the Bricky with no audio or in a foreign language.

Currently you have the option of trying Channel 216, as Fox News is also showing on 216 now as well.
How long this will be is anybody's guess, but currently you can check 216 to see if it runs better for you there.

It seems to be a Rout66 issue; haven't seen anything posted on the other two services. My rout is dead and I am unable to sign into the website with my rout. There is an open thread in the Rout66 forum on this. This issue seems to have started really late last night to really early this morning. It doesn't address the audio issues on this channel, but essentially H2 is used as a secondary channel outside the US and most english speaking countries and isn't the old "History International" with real history documentaries. Basically the channel is just restreaming a bad replacement of what you really want.

Sometimes the player you choose to use can and does have a big affect on the quality of the picture although it pays to reboot your modem/router and update the firmware from time to time. Don't use a VPN service as you may lose your service. Remember, if your box
doesn't have external antennas, then its relying on a short, internal wire for its wireless connection. One wire is not as good as two external antennas so picture quality may suffer. If you have the time and the patience to set up a quality of service, QOS, in your router settings, then it will also provide a better picture. Then there's all those video settings on your tv which may need tweeking or a bad HDMI cable won't help either. If you go with an ethernet cable instead of wifi, a cat 6 cable might help.

Ch 253 EL REY Network has audio, but no video again, exactly like on 12 FEB, and several times since then and now.

The outage seems to follow the same pattern, in that it starts flickering off/on, then goes to a mostly gray but finely pixelated static image, then goes dark altogether, but the audio usually remains. The only exception to the black screen with audio playing in the background is when the channel drops out completely with the spinning circle/stream not available, please try again later msg, but 99% of the time it's just a black screen with near-perfect audio playing in the background.

Yes. I would also like to know. Will they be using the same urls and channel number for the upgraded channels in the m3u playlist? Like just switching the feed to 1080p? Or will the channel number and urls change? Just curious.

Is anybody else having a problem with buffering . About half of the nights between 7pm and 9:30pm ET. I have severe buffering. Most of the rest of the time my viewing is pretty much perfect. I use a mag 254 and my service provider is ultra high speed. Most of the time there is no other activity on my internet link except my mag 254.

Are the updates done? What did the updates entail? I keep getting kicked back to the guide like when the HD's were 1080 instead of 720. Everything was working very good on 720. I hope we didn't switch the HD's back to 1080 if these problems come with it.

It has to be something in your set up i don't use kodi so i'm no help there.But it's been fine using the Buzz box and T1+.

You might try disabling hardware acceleration if nothing else helps. It's a long shot but worth a try.

Thanks for the idea. I ran a test when it was running good last night. 4 mb/s was the average. I ran it a few minutes ago when it was buffering a little. 0.9 mb/s. I think I better have a little talk with my provider.

We used to get and HD channel for ESPN in the 9000's. Do not remember the exact number. In the new upgrade is there a new channel for ESPN HD or what was the old number. ( I don;t see the 9000 on guide any more.)

Ya. I can watch every UK channel accept the SKY channels. Tried a vpn...same result. I can watch them fine with 2 other iptv services, just not on nfps.
