Well I've been with these guys for since iptv, and way back to the coolsat days, and before that I was programming my own. And this is as good as it gets (closest to perfection) only thing closer is buying a sub and paying full price. ... which I also have.
Amen to that! Guys if you need a certain channel you can't live without or don't want any downtime then this isn't for you. One month of a legit sub is more than this cost per year... If you watch 1 PPV that cost more than what this cost. Usually every time they do maintenance the time frame given is an estimate... Have a backup plan or a basic subscription for when we have downtime. The mods here can only ask when it might be backup again.. If your channel that you need is constantly down email Papio directly and see if you get a response.... Unfortunately that's the way it works and for what we pay a year your going to have downtime and never 100% uptime on everything. I have a few different services and channels go up and down as well as scheduled maintenance. Over the Internet services like this will always have ups and downs.

That's great news and they took care of everything last time! Unfortunately it doesn't help members that do not have a backup source but atleast we have heard from Papio that members will not lose days from there service!

Some channels are returning, but they a mix up, ahc 195 has Spanish speaking channel those one that have returned have no audio and of course no fox 205; why to fix anything when they were working very well before. :mad:

About half of the channels are back now. As I recall, that Fox chan 205 Shortcircuit referred to is Fox News. It was showing the "no signal" test pattern but I just clicked on it again and it now loads. IOW, the channels are coming back on one by one. Naturally, whatever we want to watch right now will not be available yet :) Let's hope the wait was worth it in improved stability.

This service doesn't get there service the same way actual cable TV does. So that's why you see the channels go up and down. If you need a certain channel you cannot live without then you should look for a backup source as well. All the channels go up and down and some more than others, it's been that way sense it started.

That might be the case with actual cable TV services.

That would be seeing some kind of improvement . however some channels have even gotten worse such as H2... other channels are still looping. So what kind of maintenance shuts down channels only for the same thing to happen over and over again. What did you do for maintenance just reset the servers? Because to be honest I have not scene any Improvement whatsoever the Syfy channel doesn't even have any sound. Are you guys even checking the channels that you're supposedly working on? Saunter over to the announcements section and you will see that there is a new post stating they will be crediting users with an additional week of service. The last time they did a big 'Maintenance' a similar thing happened and a credit was also given. In other words, MAINTENANCE AIN'T DONE YET!

A good rule of thumb when you see an 'estimate' of how long something will take to complete...double it. It it's still not working after that, triple it. By then (hopefully) it should be working.

Interesting points Pod. You said support.... For what exactly? ... Define it! If it's a shoulder to cry on when there's no service then keep it... Not intrested. However, if the "support" they provide is backed/endorsed by the service that covers setup/configurations, reports of maintenance, channel issues, down channels, feature requests etc.. Then what your suggesting sounds absurd. Where do they get there info from... Thin air? How can you provide support and you don't even know how it really works? I know your probably trying to help... But really how stupid do you believe some of us are... If we actually believe the mods are kept out of the loop. I see it as an accountability issue at best, so the mods do exactly what they are told. I wanna share something Dara teach me with you all in case you have this problem. If you have tons of channels down while your friend, or client or your reseller don't; or if your channel list doesn't show epg, icons or it keeps loading the list (stb emu), then do the following: if you are using playlist, go to papiao and change again to your regular mac. Then change it again to zeroes. If you're using emu or simple client, erase your mac to zeroes and then rewrite your mac. That's all. Hope it could help...

I am repeating what many others have said on this site declaring that IPTV is a hobby. Do I believe it? No. I will tell you that no one will get any where on this forum focusing on negative views about the service. It will be labeled as "bashing". The montra seems to revolve around price differential comparison between what is paid for iptv service and conventional television service. I have always been of the opinion that if you are offering a service regardless of price you have a responsibility to deliver. If the site advertised that this service is un-stable and should be purchased with no other expectations or stating it is a BETA project then those that choose to buy it are doing so with full disclosure; but if they did that then there would be a decline in "donations".

So it is what it is. The cold hard facts are accept it or move on.

Most of the time it is in the Roku Menu mode, oviously because it is largely unattended by its channel keeper.

In the future, please include the channel name in the title. Someone monitoring this forum will probably ignore those topics that do not have a channel name. "Buffering" rarely is caused at the server, it is usually due to internet traffic or your setup.

Disney JR, Disney XD, Nick JR, Cartoon Network all have issues either being down or not the correct programming on them. Disney JR specifically has had infomercials on it for days now. Can someone look into this?

5USA definitely freezes for me, ESPN and Nat Geo Wild played fine for 30 min each without a hicup.

HBO's and movie channels haven't worked for some time for me. There is freezing on channels that do come up.

Is there anyone else with this issue?

Guys, when you have issues like this, you need to be more specific. What kind of device you're using? Are you running wireless or wired? Are you using STB or KODI or playlist? Did you reset your modem during the "freezing"? Leave a comment like you're detailing a car accident to a policeman, and very respectfully. Nite Nite!!

4seven and ITVbe freezing - using Kodi Jarvis on Librelec 7.0.3 using a wired connection to router with FibreOP Cable service 100mb - router restarted same issue- every other channel works normally even the high bandwidth HD channels

HGTV East HD is actually National Geographic HD and National Geographic HD is not working can you please fix this.

Kodi Jarvis on Matricom G-Box (Android 5.1.1). Wired using FiOS 75/75 service. Stalker client on P1.

I did reset my modem/router and continued to see issue at the time.

Currently experiencing issue on FS1, FS2.

Checked 5 USA, ESPN, Nat Geo Wild and they seem fine currently. Also checked MLB Network (which is STILL showing YES Network feed :-/) and that was working fine as well.
