Hi

I'm new here and learning quickly though not fully as yet.

the main reason for me using IPTV66 was to be able to watch English Premier League Football.

Although there are some sports channels showing it (Sky and BT) the channels like Bein Sports aren't there so watching live games is tricky.

Any suggestions how I can add them or other football channels that will enable me to watch all the matches live?

Sat down to watch Monday night football. Stalker offered the game on 5 separate channels:

ESPN HD, ESPN SD, TSN 1, TSN 5, and Sky Sports 1. EVERY CHANNEL buffered and froze. They have repeatedly stated they are fixing this. I don't see it. Every time I sit down to watch a show, you never know if it is down, or if it will be buffering!

The channels are very slow to load, and then buffer like hell. Starting to piss me off.
The only channel I can find that works is 214.

If you only have 10 working channels and all of them are freezing, there is a problem at your end. There is an occasional channel issue but nothing like you're experiencing.

I can relate to your issues i am having the same problem however it work fine this morning except for the sports channels but everything has gone back to loading issues, i have the dreamlink T1 , this all started last week when they did the upgrade then they withdrew it. hoping it gets fixed this week, I don't believe it's your end as so many people seem to be having issues

So very sad when things go wrong you hear "its on your end" or "mine is working fine". All too often that what you hear from the person who took your money when you buy something and it does not work or the minions of same.

Many many channels do not work at all. I can easily find 40 as victor said.

Before you compare different addons and full HD movies please learn the difference... Those have zero to do with this service.. And yes sorry to tell you but Yes it can be an issue on you end, any number of issues from how you connect to the server, your setup, your ISP Ect... But hey if you think you should get perfect zero issue service for what it cost a year here your living a pipe dream! That's why they have actual cable providers so you don't have any of these issues and you can call the 800 number when you have an issue

Welcome to the Jungleee (Axel Rose voice)!!! jeje sorry. PPl, you need to calm down. First of all, from my experience, frezzing issues not always been related to bad internet connection. It could be happening for some other reasons like putting some incorrect settings, cache memory full, some addon doing update, also an malfunctioning operating system, etc. And everything can be resolved in some way. For example, I have this clients that went to bought for themselves a cheap 1 Gb ram box because they "know what they were doing, finding the best deal ever". Guess what, they ask me to set up their boxes, and start getting frezzing issues. Now they got to buy one of my 2 Gb Amlogic boxes and 0 complaint at all. And this is just an example of many, many others that I can share. So please, stop bashing the service, if something is happening on the server end, they would tell assuring things will get well soon. So for now, check your specs, if you're running the channels on Kodi, I recommend the STB emu. Happy holidays!!

Hi stang373 just wondering are you hard wired or using Wifi? Also are there others in the house using the Internet at the same time? As the others have said I have noticed almost zero issues with the service so there must be something that is causing all the issues you are having. Definitely give Daddyrat50's suggestion a try as well but also let us know on the other questions I posted above.

I went through your list and agree i also can not get any of the channels you listed working. I am using a kodi on server 4 not sure what box or program your using or what portal your connected to but its definitely not working at my end. I wish the NFPS team would focus on getting the channels they do have working before trying to add more. Some CH work extremely well and never have issues and then others aren't watchable with freezing and buffering when they do work. Another thing i have noticed in the last few days of watching the junior hockey tournament on TSN is that the sound is delayed on TSN 3 by about 2 seconds. Not a huge deal when watching sports but still a little annoying. Hopefully they are working on it and will have things back up and running soon.

Hey ppl, wuuuussuuppppp!! I wanna share something I discover today running my gangsta box Plaka Plaka A.K.A. "Big trix box" (:p). Ok, now seriously, I was trying to watch my favorite channels, mostly sports, and some of them showed black screen. I try to enter clicking channel up and channel down 3 or 4 times and also clicking the back button bringing up the STB main menu. When I clicked again to watch the channel guess what: it shows perfectly! Then I start doing the same on several others channels that, again, started to show up. So, if you have some beloved channels you can't watch, express your love for them clicking it until it shows up. Plaka Plaka!!

This has been going on for days and nothing is reported under announcements. Jeez, go to reddit and see how they warn people away from this service. While I think that may be a bit too extreme, I do have to concur that this is the most frustrating, inconvenient and undependable service. When it does work, it's ok. Compared to other services...subpar IMO. My other service that has better quality also is far from perfect with frequent DDOS attacks. So what is a user to do? I guess use a service that cost $20 or more a month? I don't know the answer, but it does seems like whenever I decide to watch something, the channel either does not work at all or has constant freeze. I think this pretty much makes the case for not watching live tv unless it's an OTT app or something like USTvnow. If they can do it, why can't this service?

There may be some channels that take longer to load then others.
Times can be from 2 seconds up to 10 seconds. If longer then 12 seconds, then do not wait any longer as it will not load.

One of the few at this time, at least that is how it looks here. Double and triple checked.

The CNN channel which tallman just reported as down, is not down and is Up and has been up and with zero buffering.... go figure :eek:

Thanks Crazed, as I mentioned in my earlier post, I said "Some channels were freezing". Now depending on your internet speed, it may be a half a second or 3 seconds every minute or 2. It will get better in due time. Gotta have patience and faith!

Listen guys, I do believe you guys in what yous are seeing or experiencing, but if those same experiences are not happening here, then I gotta say that this is not a server issue, or at least not an issue if using a solid ISP and High Speed internet and etc.. Including no Kodi upgradeing addons in the background, or things like that.
I have 100 Mbs speed (I think that is the value).

Thank you for taking the time to test all the channels. I agree that a lot of the channels are working good and with little to no buffering but it seams like I only watch the ones which are down. When you get a chance can you test TSN 1, 3 and 5. Its been very choppy for me over the last few days. 1 and 5 I think are the same feed if you notice in the top left part of the screen there is a G on the screen for some reason. Also TSN 3 is usually good but the sound is delayed by about 1.5 to 2 seconds. Its not realy noticable when they are showing sports but when they go to the announcers or commercials its very noticeable. Thanks again and hope that this list can be kept up to date giving everyone a quick reference to check before complaining.

Listen guys, I do believe you guys in what yous are seeing or experiencing, but if those same experiences are not happening here, then I gotta say that this is not a server issue, or at least not an issue if using a solid ISP and High Speed internet and etc.. Including no Kodi upgradeing addons in the background, or things like that.
I have 100 Mbs speed (I think that is the value).

When you have this scenario it is the server. 205 Fox news and 206 Fox business have been on a roller coaster of varying service for weeks. Now 205 is up but buffering 206 is running great. The frustration from most is what is the solution and when are we going to see the end of this. It gets old hearing the are working on it.

I agree with you 100% Cruiser!!! This service has been nothing but a headache ... From timely configuration setups... Constant Freezing... Or multiple channels not even working. My point is it seems to "always" something that makes this service inferior to others... I will say this, rocket has some of the best programming I've seen on similar streaming services. I moved here from CloudTV. While they don't have as many channels the service is extremely stable and you can even record your shows. I'm not even going to say much about the price point but it's a lot less then what I pay here for a yearly subscription. I can't speak for everyone here but I've conceded to the fact that the service is inadequate for my needs and the $80 I spent was more or less a donation for them to test and improve on the service. I personally didn't want to pay to be a beta/alpha tester, I saw nothing on the website that indicated that the service was flawed and I would indeed need to suffer through all the freezing and down channels. I spend way more time in this freaking forum when all I wanted was to watch a little tv. In the end you get what you pay for, and while the idea of this service is remarkable... It's apparently too good to be true. The Mods here do a good job of trying to relive frustrated user by suggesting everything is okay, or will be... But in all honesty, just look at the countless issues reported by us the users and it's clear everything isn't alright... Maybe one day, but not today, last week, or even last month! I've had enough of this ride, and definitely have better shit to do then report issues constantly, just to have a Mod say the issue is something on my end. That might be the case once or twice... Just be honest with us/me about what's going on with this service and don't convolute an already frustrating situation with meaningless gibberish that won't get my service back up in running. At the moment many of the US cinema channels don't work. I only get a few HBO's and I can promise you that my 100mb line or system isn't the problem. I stream twice the media content from my own server and never have an issue whatsoever, but then I also have a Network Architect degree so I know exactly what goes in to designing an efficient and highly available server cluster. Perhaps you guys need professional help at this point... However streaming content isn't Rocket science... Or is it? lmao!!!

I have seen other service providers personally. I do know a few guys in high places at other providers .
In fact the last one I had I paid big time for that. I paid with one brand new Avov box and also one brand new Dreamlink T1 box. I donated them boxes to the service admins so they could have themselves a couple different platforms to work with, besides just the Kodi platforms
Guess what happened with that service?
I was cut off from the service aburtly and with no thanx or email or dick !

So I can say that with my experiences with other providers (not just one either), that if they had forum boards that indeed they would have a whole batch of posts with a hint of dis-tatse in the service :eek:

i been watching an HBO channel this whole time and seems it just went dark and stayed dark.
So, I changed the channel and then back again and that same HBO channel is instantly fine again.
No buffering at all the whole time (about 20 minutes I been on that channel).

Check the Sticky thread in this very forum on how to report in the proper manner.

I will personally check the channels reported and pass the info on to the administration, if needed.
So if you do not want your posts deleted without warning, then report as outlined in that sticky thread and I will garantie that the reports will be looked at ASAP

I know you will say that you paid for this, and yeah; like me, here are a lot of ppl who have no other option for live tv. But at the end, it's a hobby. Think for once this is a playstation game. You paid (for example) 65$ for Call of Duty "Trump declares to Putin" edition. And results that, the game just have 6 missions and you're unsatisfied. But when you were playing it, you enjoyed it because it's your hobby. Then, you bought another with a chippy story, then another without the online play option, and so on... But you still playing them because its a freaking Hobby! You will not go to the Gamestop manager to argue about the game. It's the same here. You have more than 800 playstation games. And with a real playstation cash value you could buy more than 4 android boxes. That's how cheap this awesome hobby is. Hi all just because you can watch something on another service it has nothing to do with this service. Servers are located in different parts of the world. The one that works for you could be located in a part of the world that might be closer to you or has less hops to make from you to it. Just remember just because you have 100mbs from your provider that doesn't necessarily mean you won't have buffering. This is still a deal what is paid a year! Always have a backup source just in case there is an issue, thinking your going to pay what is paid for this service a year with no issue and without a backup source is your own fault. This is meant no disrespect to anyone I just wanted to put it out there for you to think about!

C/P: That is xx mbps from your ISP to you but what happens between your ISP and the server? That is probably where the freezing comes from. Do a tracert and you will see where the freezing is from

FoxNews was up last night until today at 4:08PM est when it just froze and no more video. So it seems that is possible to run it decently without much freezing. I wonder why CNN, ABC News, MSNBC and other crooked news channels are running flawless? I know this will be deleted and I will be banned for complaining . But here goes anyway. the service we are paying for seems to be going from bad to worse there are more channels down then are up and it seems to take longer and longer to get them back up. I know this is a hobby but it is one we all are paying hard earned money for. it does not matter what service provider you are with it seems they all say "we are the best no down time" but as the weeks go by we are down more and more and losing more and more channels. Maybe if the administators would at lease post something saying that they know there is a problem instead of always blaming the end users. At present, we are missing approx 80 channels outta a possible 800 plus channels. That is kinda consistant lately, as I have noticed.

382130, I completely disagree with your comment and this is not to kiss anyone A$$. But if you read some of my thread, I was one of the user criticizing the IPTV system here because few months ago it was impossible to watch any of the channels with a lot of buffering and freezing. For the last 6 or 8 weeks my devices has be running fine not 100% but watchable. Since the servers were moved to another location or increase the bandwidth is MUCH better. Yes the channels sometime goes offline for couple of hours or day but the guys from here are checking the threads if you put the thread with the correct location and format they will fix it.

Maybe you need to look some of the stickies how to resolve some of the issues. If you are newbie before you get in to the IPTV you need to read a lot and understand how the system needs to be configure on your site on Kodi or IPTV box. Also you need to make sure you have enough bandwidth from you ISP provider or your IPTV box is able to handle the load of traffic, video and audio.

You can disagree all you want. I am not a newbie to this have been around for years. You say the channels only go down for a couple of hours or a day have you checked out 133 or 139 lately. Channels up and down the line up are buffering messes. Chiller TV was one of the few channels that wasn't a stuttering mess yesterday, but it is a mess today. It looks like the service will wait until it things becomes a crisis again before it does anything, just like the last time. Each day it gets worse and worse, with no relief in sight.

This is the main problem crazed... some days (like yesterday) it worked great, the only channel that I could not get was 111 FOOD which has been down for some time now. Last night watched the boxing on Showtime and 100%, today same channel will not load (along with all SKY Sports and others).

I'm glad you are seeing how it is. I like to watch SKY News, it's buffering today but I found a feed with a Kodi AddOn and its 24/7 all the time. The problem is by the time the tech guys get onto the problem everything will be working ok again, and they will say "no problema here"

That goes for channel 160 WWE Network.
It seems every time they get it back working (which is not very often), it goes out again.
Is there not a way it can be made to work more consistently?

What a joke.....this is testing? ??? I've never heard such bs.....back in the card days that was testing. ...as soon as fta hit it stopped being testing. .....this kind of service is called idiot proof stealing of tv signals via the Internet. ....so let's just say it like it is....people want premium tv without the high price or the hassle so no its not testing. ..most of the people with this service couldn't unlock a rom card or modify an ird if there life depended on it....and back in those days there was very little complaining at all ..if any a person came to these boards to read and ask for a little guidance. ...so once again I say......this is not testing

So as well here lots and lots of buffering this evening the game is unwatchable so is USA CNN and all the locals for me.
I did a reset at the source hooked my TV box up direct so it wasn't even going through the router (it has always been hard wired from the router). Still the same. I live in the country so I don't think anybody has hopped on my wifi.I have 25 download speed and when this works good I think that is enough. but like many have said the buffering comes and goes from day to day.
However I don't believe there is anything wrong with my end .... I have NO problems watching 24/7 channels or surfing youtube etc.... that works good not 100% of the time but dammm close.....
I will TRY ANYTHING anyone thinks will work just don't tell me every time we get buffering to reset my system ,router etc cause it works fine watching other videos and tv
Oh by the way am watching the game via the internet and it hasnt buffered once since I wrote this 14-3 GB.... its not my internet but i will listen to all ideas

Back to what the original poster said, I must agree but as soon as you see an improvement, you hold your breath and it goes back to freezing or channels down. As a reseller I have lost 2/3 of clients for non renewals. November and December crushed me. I don't know what the future holds with NFPS but all I can hope and ask for is a steady reliable service, if not then its only a matter off time before I throw in the towel as well.

Crazed, hats off to all you do to keep us informed. You have been helpful to me and many others, but today NFPS is having some serious freezing issues and if it continues NFPS DOES need to speak up and inform us or at least pass it down to the moderators.

I tend to think your server output isn't enough to cover your users needs.

But in fact and by chance, I been sitting on channel 300 for the last 10 minutes. There is no freezing at all experienced here.

Don't think it's me. I ran speed tests on fast.com and speediest.net. Both were consistent on my Spectrum internet at between 60 and 70mbps, so I think the problem is on your end. Perhaps we're on different servers and mine is overloaded?

The problem seems to be on the HD channels. I ran though a few and they seemed to be the only ones that froze a bit. I'd get audio then the video would catch up.

Asesinopr, easier said that done. I had read your post and believe me I tried very hard to help each and every client I lost for their 12 months. I offered support and was always available. But the bottom line is that it was their dollars spent and they just didn't want another 12 months of the type of service NFPS has.

Hey guys i also experiencing the buffering but only on the HD channels the SD are working fine on my side. I checked the connectivity speed on the HD & SD and both the Internet speed is between 500kbps & 3Mbps. This speed is OK for the SD channles. Usually i seen on the past for the HD speed between 1Mbps to 6.5Mbps. Looks like there are some throttling on the HD channels...maybe someone could verify this...
