To verify my Mag was getting good internet, I updated the software and it loaded quickly.

I loaded the server url on my computer and I still get the loading line without any loading.

Allow me to add that I was able to watch the box choppy on channel 97 for over an hour with the Connection Problem notice on the top of my screen. Then about 7:45am PDT it went down completely.

Add me to the list of non-working. Mag STB, channel list not loading, "connection problem" nag message. History has shown that when multiple people report the same issue, at the same time, its usually a server issue. We have been down this road many times in the past. Hang in there, don't touch anything and keep a eye on the new posts in the forum.

Its been well over a month since that post. Maybe, just maybe, they are setting up the server for that transition, who knows. Often times server tweaks don't go all that smooth and unsuspected problems arise. We do know that when testing ends and the service goes live, it will validate the user by their donation number and mac address. They may be working on that functionality and getting the bugs out. Sadly, the forum here is usually in the dark about first hand information of what is going on at the server end.

Just a guess........... The only certain is that the service will return fairly soon.

Nope, not true at all. When I go drive a car that doesn't perform I consider what the problems causing the issues are and add up what it will cost me in time and money to fix. Then if it's worth my time I buy the car for pennies on the dollar to fix up and use.

What you are seeing is micro hd its very close to hd thats all.

I don't think the NFPS is streaming subtitles that can be turned off or on. If those subtitles are visible, they might have been captured on screen before streaming it, so they probably can't be removed.

"Jamaica 1" is only a dummy/pseudo name to hold the spot for that channel. Sorry Mon, about the quality, but its only a stream that is public. Any of those country numbered channels are probably going to have poor quality unless sourced directly by the server guys.

Channel changed to 925 a little while ago, Concert channel is in a similar situation there is lots of future time to do the shuffle, Palladia another one I like is at 374 easy for me to get used to the numbers and some invoke the Favorits to help out.

I been watching 818 channel over the pass month , at one time it was R E TV play reggae music then they change it to Vibes , also a Jamaica channel, now they change once again to a channel from Granada, Please can we have some Jamaica channels with reggae music and also 416 , 417 BT sport

Why is it that the EPG is for Travel Channel 196 USA while it showing Travel Channel from U.K.? They are different T.V. Times schedule progams.
Something not right there. Must be originally they intended to put Travel Channel 196 USA, but some how they mistakenly put in Travel Channel U.K. or decide to put that instead and forgot to change EPG ? How can one explain that ? Or maybe they will change it back to Travel Channel 196 USA later ?

119 discovery history 199 Yesterday my favorite channels are hard to impossible to watch, plus a noise like finger nails on a black board.

I saw the Yesterday channel U.K. website.
You know what time zone "Kim Philby: His Most Intimate Betrayal" documentary going to be "Next on Friday, 9pm" ?
Is that North American C.S.T. or E.S.T. ? I asking because that is U.K. website, so would that be G.M.T. ?

I am curious to see if it going private makes a difference in channels stuttering. If load is the issue, then going private sooner would eliminate some of the load. The influx of donations from people scrambling to sign up hasn't seemed to translate into server upgrades, at least yet. Ironically, things were running great last weekend but seem to have gone down hill since the 14th.
