I would like to confirm this issue and also lodge a complaint as this is the single reason I got this service. I'm on portal 3. Please fix it in time for the Chinese GP. It's worked great all of last year but this year you're making too many destructive changes. My channel guide doesn't work anymore and I'm not sure what's being achieved with these changes. If it ain't broke don't fix it ;)

Hi pretty much all stations i've been using aren't buffering but it seems that the fox is. It's UK Fox and it's the only station that i've used that seems to buffer very very often. I'm using Kodi and tried adjusting some settings not sure if there is any fix but i do love this station :D

What speed is your internet? did you reboot the router and modem, that might clear it up. You may have too many things running through the router which may cause the freezing.

I reboot my router a couple of times, but remains with the same issue. My internet has 20 MB.

Yes it is. And I can watch HD streams from free addons on kodi, and works fine.

One thing I did notice is that I don't have much issues when using a MAG box. I do get the odd freezing when using other devices now I am not saying that you need to go out and buy another box but it seems to work for me. Maybe you have a lot of stuff running through the router is the other suggestion that it could be causing the problem. What box are you using?

There was an issue yesterday with buffering on the newly listed HD Channels - USA Network, ESPN, and CNN but I was only able to see such results on a device that was running Kodi, on a MAG device I didn't see this issue happen at all.

NESN had been HD for about a week now and running 98% smoothly, and SKY Sports 5 is also HD and has been around for about a week, it always appears to have issues early morning but resolves it's issues by lunch time. There is some sort of watermark is the stream though that gets blocked out from time to time.

First off, I want to preface by saying that I am impressed with the service so far. I know you guys are doing your best to keep things smooth and always improving.

I would appreciate if you guys could look into BT Sports 1 and 2. For me, there are always hiccups in the streaming every 10-15 secs. I know it is a network issue since every other channel is perfectly fine. Maybe someone else can chime in on this if they are also having the same issue.

I need this channel since it has the UFC PPV events.

Yes I also experienced some brief buffering during the ppv last night.

It started off good but then was happening much more frequently. I had to switch to another server to watch the ufc last night but to be honest they also had some issues. I think the popularity of iptv is growing.

@suzuki 102 - BBC Three currently doesn't work as of 1:27 PM MT (April 24, 2016) on a MAG254, and the only reason the channel doesn't work at all is because it was moved to an online platform. So it's not longer a physical channel in the UK.

Hey all. Hate to be the non contributer with this being my first post. So I am running rocket on an m8s with stb emulator. So the portal loads up fine than once you reset the portal the channel list is gone. I did IPTV reset and changed the Mac address and uninstalled the app and reinstalled. Worked one time than reloaded than gone again. Vod works find any input would be great thanks

I had a few buffering issues during the PPV at the start but I was running ping tests on my connection and had a couple "request timed out" on that so I think it might have been my connection....

in the middle of the ppv I did loose it completely for a couple mins and that was not my connection seen others report the same but they were on it and had it back up and after that the whole ppv was flawless... seen the main event (which is all I really cared about) completely issue free.

Thank you all for your reply. I guess you guys are right. I've only really watched this channel when UFC is on so it's probably due to the load on that channel. I just assumed it was something with that specific channel because I checked other channels and they were all working fine and I've also randomly gone to the channel to see if it skips because of the high load, and it always skipped for me.

I just checked now and it's running perfectly fine.

Well, I tried everything and this buffering keeps going on the new HD channels. Unfortunately I won't be able to renew my subscription if this continues, because ESPN is maybe the channel I watch here the most. I'm with IKS66 for almost a year, and when the channels were in SD it worked great, and the quality never was an issue for me when it was SD.

The time line appears to be passed but most of my channels are giving error "the channel cannot be played. Please check log" when I check log I see ccurlfile invalid cookies. What leads me to believe it's the outage is it's only about 80% and not all channels, any update on if maintenance is still ongoing?

so far most channels restored here. Sill get only a timmer when try to access any hbo, cinemax, starz,showtime. THere are few others one as well that are not working. It will be back soon. I hope they fix encore westerns.

Ch 182 (Discovery) has been blipping in/out with jagged screen tearing, blotchiness and screen artifacts since the start of the Upgrades on 25 APR 2016 and continues to be unwatchable as of 27-28 APR 2016.
Ch 186 (Nat Geo) has been freezing/going in & out frequently since the upgrade date too. Guess they're still working on stuff.

Yep, it's one that was recently switched to 1080 HD and the stream quality is not there yet. It probably varies with the route taken to each of us but here it drops frames/pixelates badly, etc. I have two other (paid) services that deliver it in 720 HD and one works perfectly while the other was fine yesterday but won't load at all today. Like the man said, YMMV.

Things are up for me and I don't see other reports of issues. Try rebooting everything (modem, router, Mag) if you haven't already.

Most channels are back up and running. I would suggest that you look at your end for issues with freezing and or your channels being down.

Channels work great on mxq box and mag 254 but channels on my yuntab android shutter and a lot of them are down tried it on 4 different yuntab with the same result even tried changing mag numbers and portals even made another new mac number with a new account and still same result just on the yuntabs are other people having same problem when they have different boxes at home some work some don't

A lot of Sky channels out, there are others out also.
I rebooted my Mag 254 box and I rebooted my router.

Hd channels freezes with or without VPN in most cases. i have been playing around with vpn addresses and have actually found 2 or 3 addresses and the hd streams will play and the vpn addresses was in Toronto and quebic Canada. any addresses in Us will not play them. I hope they dont get no more hd channels or it will be to mutch of a hassle to even try to watch it. all the other channels thats not hd plays ok if i am on any vpn. But if i am just on my ip adress of my ip provider no channel will play. My location is southern Ky United States.

I don't know if it's possible, but would be a very good move create options with SD quality for those channels that are now in HD. Channels like ESPN, Fox News and CNN are very usefull.

Here the HD are horrible on Kodi on my PC and STB Emulator on my android box.
