Why must you answer this way to legitimate concerns and issues mentioned on this forum. You guys are the only connection customers have to this service. And this attitude is from all the moderators. We can't help if the moderaters are not in the loop of the those in charge of the service, which obviously you are not informed in any way of what is going on. I understand $105 is not a large amount of money, but it is still money we are paying for a service. The service has been pretty bad since November, and customers can't get any update, but bad attitude from you guys. We understand you are in a tuff spot, but try to be helpful and courteous to those who are curios about the service we are paying for. We understand its not a 100% reliable service, but this has been going on for a while now. We are entitled to real and honest updates, that is all we are asking for. So stop with the sarcasm, please.

I don't know what you guys want. Someone asked for us to tell you the world was not ending and so I did that.
As Captain says we don't have info on what channels may or may not be available.
This thread and threads in this forum area are not really about discussion. They are about reporting channel issues so the server admin can see at a glance. Some of yous should read the Sticky thread found at the top of this forum section.
That reporting helps the administration out by telling them what is popular and what is missed and etc...
There is also an on-going thread posted by thegame too, which reports channels added or lost. That thread is kept up by thegame and kept up with diligence.

You guys that are thinking I was sarcastic or just don't care are mistaken.

Now start using these threads in this forum correctly, as in fact 300g has been using it.

I was happy enough with the service for the most part and had friends/family ask about it and I now regret recommending this to them because the very first day they all tuned in all of these channels were offline.

A small update is the least that could be done to allay fears among the subscribers and I can't understand why there is none.

I don't understand the position of the mods here as I assumed they had an inside track when it came to dealing with the people in charge - I'm not meaning that to be disrespectful, but you would imagine there would be a representative on the forum here from the people in the know that could give us some feedback.

Instead, it looks like we only get info on how we can set things up and how we can pay... but no info on what is actually going on behind the scenes.
That doesn't really sit well with me, and as the OP has said, leaves a bad taste in everyone's mouth.

I will now express my thanks for the resumption of normal service and I'm sure I'm not alone in appreciating the efforts those who made it possible. In the same way as we are quick to complain, I think we should be as quick to thank those working to fix the problem. It would just be so much more helpful if we were updated as to what was happening.

Hi All. I may have posted this in the wrong area as no one seemed to reply. but Over the past few days I have tried to use Mag Tv on my Mygica 585 but only half the channels work. The working ones are the higher channels but all the lower channels just will not load. I can get the listings but once I click on the channel it does nothing. Is there a problem? I am trying now but I would say all the English channels are down. All I get is the listings. To make it worst I was showing a few of my friends who wanted to subscribe & it did not look good.

I am having the same problems in the UK. Channels 78 - 212 all blank when you try to open them. I use Mag tv on a Mygica box & was told they have a problem but working on it. I have just rechecked & most channels from 78 -400 + will not load.

But are the Us channels transmitted in NSTC format? As UK Tvs obviously transmit and work on PAL in wondering if this would affect it. As i say only because its the usa channels. Any insight into this would be appreciated

Hello, not sure where to post this but I was wondering if "The CW" channel is available or I would like to request it please.

It is currently in USTVnow.com but would like to have it in better quality on my Kodi NFPS. I don't own a satellite so I'm not sure what channel number it is. Thx

EDIT: doing some quick google search, I think it is on Dish network 233, 234, 235(maybe old and no longer) but I think currently is 254 out of Miami or 251 WPIX in the Wichita Falls

just wondering, had MAG 254 about 1 month ago w/subscription, I'm in the U.S, I'm on the latest firmware r14-254 - BBC & SKY channels did work, now none of them work! Channels appear to load, but screen goes blank. Any ideas on how or if there's a fix? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Yup same here, but I hit sky sports 1 a fair few times earlier and the cricket appeared for 5 seconds if that...went again.

Just re-subscribed to iptv66 again and I must say the service is great. My only issue is that most of the Indian and Pakistani channels do not work!! Is there anything that can be done to sort this? Is there a different server I can try? Can you guys fix this please as these are the main channels we want to watch! I'm using a mag 254.

Please delete Indian and Paki Channels section from your SERVER immediately as NO CHANNEL IS RUNNING IN THOSE SECTIONS since ages and ages
example 9x tashan and ptc chakday
This will give you a lot of space to add more channels on your server.

I appreciate moderators on this forum but poor souls all they can do is route the message, the actual developers / technical team is so scared to get on the forum and answer, it shows they are stuck and dont want to answer any customers (oops, Donators) they know since we "donated" the money it doesn't necessarily mean they have to provide service since we are not buying the service.. nice play.. :)

this type of service is parallel to IKS/FTA.. although they do their best to make their customers happy. you do not and will not ever get the kind of service that you would get from your local television provider.. things can go up and down, and they will do their best to fix things when they break..

your local provider has very large teams of people managing and maintaining things, running call centers for support.. you also pay as much as 10 times or more for all that fancy service and way less channels, and to make a few people very rich..

I'm new to this so please be nice. I have mustered up a good m3u8 play list after many hours of trenching but I seem to have an issue, after around 5 to 10 seconds of streaming the channel shuts off.

I cannot for the life of me get Kodi to work with IPTV Simple and that stalker thing, driving me nuts specially when I gave up at 3am.

I decided to give one of those rubbish Android apps a go so I installed IPTV by Alexandre Sofranov, also tried Lazy IPTV but they all do the same.

I am at my tether's end, can someone please point me in the right direction.

Sorry if this is too newbie but the more I read the more confused I get and frustrated to say the least, I have 2 MXQ boxes (cheapies) and wanted to run them both at home, seemed the perfect solution but ...

How come it stop and play the video "Assange Ruling" and it playing that clip over and over ?

The other channels are working fine and not doing that.

My market is really an English and Spanish market, so getting a good channel lineup for both is very important for me. I am getting excellent service with good quality, but the sports and Spanish channel list is not the best. I need NBA as well.

We only discuss the servers supported here. There are free Kodi add-ons that may an alternative... I don't make recommendations on add-ons I don't use, though.

I did not mean any disrespect, but can you please tell me where to find your channel lineup. I do have service with you for a month as well, but it i get an error message when putting my donation number in the username and password. I put 66.iptv66.tv for the portal URL. If I can get this working, I will be able to see myself. I am using an Mag254. I don't intend on using a free Kodi add-on, so don't know why you mentioned that alternative.

get the latest update from informir website and install it, then change mac, do a port change and IPTV reset. It worked for me.

OTA isnt an option seeing as I live in Canada. CTV will carry the game but they override all the good USA commercials and put on the ones we see day in and day out.
I have noticed since my original post that all the channels I have tried on my mag (USA & Europe) are slow to launch and buffering.
I thought the security measures was suppose to prevent this from happening. There is obviously a major issue that hasn't been addressed by implementing the additional security. My guess is they don't have enough infrastructure to support the amount of users.
As for the game, I will check out what I can find on Kodi.
