If they don't want to revert to the old way of paying, then they need to at least keep track of payments received. They seem to have know idea what payments they have, what email they receive, or send, or any other records of their business. That is good to a point, but I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for them to confirm a bitcoin payment. Yes, I contacted them, they responded that they are checking on it. But still have no tv. :(

Just an update......NO UPDATE !! :o
Bitcoin was purchased on Sept 29th, paymentcleared on Oct 1st, received email from IKS66 on Oct 3rdsaying it was being confirmed and may take several minutes or hours. On Oct 7th,my STB was blocked, Oct 13th I received an iks email saying they are“working on it” Today is Oct 17th!!!!

This is insane.
I still have "other" tv, so its not an emergency, but this is just crazy, I don't understand.

Ever since payment was changed to only Bitcoin .......I have received my codes always in an hour or less.....now I buy codes every couple of weeks...from an online Bitcoin Wallet that I have maintained for 4 or 5 years.....I fund that bitcoin wallet via a Coinbase Wallet ............ Just sharing my experience with Bitcoin ....
