Info Error

Tried to prepair 3 new boxes, DLite+.
All 3 gave the following message on the Update icon: firmware info error (network)(-1)

Any advice ?

I would hookup with hardwire, reboot box, and make sure internet is good. then go to system to update. if no update found then press 0227 on system update screen and you will see little red button will pop up in bottom right screen. just press red button and update your box. you should be good to go.:)

This morning the updates went as normal. Perhaps a temp glitch in the server.
