I was able to navigate the bitcoin stuff. However, the checker says 'inactive'? Not my 1st renewal, previously the renewal was almost instant. It's been a couple of hours now & no joy? Is this usual?

yes that is normal. It can be instant or can also be a few hours, depending on things that I do not know about.

If the wait gets up past 4 or 5 hours, then send me a private message with your email addy and I may be able to track down the order :)
