I have 7 donations and 2 of them wonÂ’t work

Hey guys,

I have 7 active IPTV Donations. All 7 are being used with IPTV Xtra 2 and everything was running smoothly, however I have 2 of them that successfully loads all channels with TV guide, but the channel never opens I tried

Disconnecting power cable for a couple of seconds on fire stick.


Resetting IPTV Account
I tried the following servers p.1 , p.2 and p.4
Resetting New donation number
Uninstalling IPTV Xtra2 and doing a fresh install from zip file .

ItÂ’s just loads the nearly 800 channels, loads TV guide and channels never open.


Any suggestions. Like I said I am confronting problems in 2 of 7 donations ( Donations I personally installed and configure from scratch) Thank you

Use your donation number as username and password, it's case sensitive so make sure to take care of upper cases.

Is always a good idea to perform an IPTV reset before switching to a new device or application, remove the account from old one, do an IPTV reset and then set it up in the new one.

This app wont work if your donation have a MAC Address linked to it, you can always remove the MAC to use the app.

In case you're wondering, yes it works with the 3 services!

No, it load VOD library , however each movie itÂ’s 00:01 long.
Just FYI...
The VOD runtime error (00.01), is a coding bug in the movie metadata.
It does not affect the playback.

Are the 2 problem devices FireTV devices?
Were all 7 working, or just 5 worked and the 2 never did?

One of them is a stick & the other I am not sure what brand the person they are using( nothing famous).

Out of the 7 boxes, 6 of them I did the conversion from IPTV Stalker to IPTv xtra 2 a couple months ago and everything was working perfect.

All sudden one of the box (Fire Stick) yesterday stop opening channels , it loads Channels and tv guide is on point , it just refuses to open any channel. When I go into IPTV Xtra 2 and click Account Information everything is in order.

The second box ( which I donÂ’t have the brand) is confronting the exact problem, this box was the only box of the 7, which was missing the conversion from Stalker to Xtra .When I personally install IPtV Xtra 2 on it, it loads channels and guide and doesn’t open any channels selected.

I had this exact problem on my personal box (NVIDIA box) and till this day it refuses to work in server 1. I had to reset box, reset IPTV and change sever to p4. When i verified on here, apparently I was the only one having the problem.

having problems with kens on kodi 18.3

pvr iptv simple client anyone having problems on install

is anyone else having problems getting it to load? the only way i get it to load is thru kens but it does not give me the option to open as it did before, using kodi 18.3. using kodi on pc,,, i liked it better cause it let me type in a channel number, like 120 was cnn and it would go there. when i load kens iptvextra ii 2.7 it loads the pvr but wont let me open it after installing personal info

*Hopefully you mean IPTVXtra2 v.7.7
Some systems will not setup the default settings file for the pvr during install (???), so when IPTVXtra2 tries to open pvr settings file, it is not there.
- so -
Go to System Settings/ Addons/ My Addons/ PVR Clients/ IPTV Simple Client/ Click Configure/ Click Defaults/ Click OK to Save settings.
Go back to IPTVXtra2 and click PVR setup & System Tools/ Create custom m3u.
Wait for confirmation to load PVR settings.
Select Yes (confirm Restart Kodi message (3 times)
Shutdown and restart Kodi.
Pvr should load normally.
