Buzz 3900 black screen

I have a buzz 3900 after 3 or 4 minutes showing screen stream not available and then I way 1 minutes and come back The problem? is my box or the the server

it may not be your box or stream. it could be your intermittent internet connection or could be server.

But if I tune to channel 190 work fine Nothing happens to a free channel if I tune to yesterday or for example animal planet I have the problem

I think is the server because I can use Netflix with no problem I have another box and same problem I get a trial whit other provider and work fine
