Dreamlink T1 Plus & T2 Prime (File Browser help)

Hi all: I used to be able to access my desktop files to watch movies and tv using File Browser - LAN - but now I keep getting stopped at - no sewrver or a pop up box asking for Server , Directory, Account,Password, Server Name.

did you set your pc up to share?

Yea it's all shared, I had access before as this was working for over a year on the older T1 Plus box, then newer T2 Prime seemed to have this new setting for Browser
I was wondering if maybe it has to do the this new Rogers Modem Hiltron CODA 4582U settings maybe blocking it some how?

Thanks i logged in moden , but i've no clue what i'm looking for there.
This is what i see on FileBrowser
All Network, takes me to my files i used to be able to access, but now i get stopped at this on pop up when i open
Server: 192.168.0.10
Directory: My File location on my desktop
Account: ???????????
Password: ??????????
ServerName: Shows my own name all in Caps
