it that case, where do i go to change an expired rocket to a new rocket

you go to rocket site and subscribe rocket and assign your mag Mac address on rocket site. once done you go to server settings on your box and enter your new portal info. if its same as old then you should get your service. if not then turn of your box, go to rocket site and perform reset first, then reboot your modem and router and turn on your box. you should be good to go. hope this will help:)
