Hi,

Our official and recommended app to watch our service directly on Samsung or LG smart tv is IPTV Smarters, you can search for it directly in the app store of your TV. The app is only accessible through the USA app store, if you want to learn how to change the app store country please check the videos below:

Use your donation number as username and password, it's case sensitive so make sure to take care of upper cases.

Is always a good idea to perform an IPTV reset before switching to a new device or application, remove the account from old one, do an IPTV reset and then set it up in the new one.

To use this app you must delete any MAC address linked to your donation number.

NOTE: There are some limitations where some TVs doesn't like the of some channels and they don't work, it isn't a problem with our server but with the codecs supported by your TV.

I tried this app on my Lg tv and after a succesful login I can watch the channels but I only can use this app, now the server won't allow me to use another app. If I make an iptv reset the server allow me to use any app as always

On main app screen, go up on the header, and click search (mag.glass icon).
enter "iptv smarter".

IPTV Smarters now requires IPTV providers register their DNS addresses with them, otherwise login will fail.

When you try to log in it will give you the error ( Authorisation Failed) that's why you have to get your DNS registered to make it worked with your IPTV panel


It's not available for LG Platform but we have already submitted it. Once it gets approved your customer would be able to use it.

*BTW, ...it's the IPTV Service Providers that register, not the users.

i don't know about any dns registration i didn't have to do any of that gut i do know that you have to use your donation number for the user and password i've been using this app on my samsung tv for about 6 months now..
